Norton AV security alert
Your current security settings prohibits funning controls in this manner. As a result, this page may not display correctly. I then did a virus scan of the system using Norton AV with the latest virus updates. NAV reported no viruses. After that, I reinstalled IE with the latest version from the Microsoft site.

I find Norton AV to be invasive. Why? Because when you select "Exit" from the Systray icon the program does not exit, but simply closes the icon so you don't see it. I would immediately connect via Internet Explorer to Windows Update and download all available security (high priority) items and install them.
